Several years ago I decided that I was going to really give Yoga a try. Sounds easy, right? Pick a place to go and get bendy. It turned out to be a little tougher than I thought it would be. (Read that backstory here.)
After moving to Florida, my search began again. Going to a Yoga studio this year has been difficult, at best.
I searched online and found a fabulous instructor on YouTube. Her name is Adriene and she’s a Yoga goddess. Last I counted, she had 584 sessions to choose from. So literally she has a Yoga session that everyone will enjoy.
You can search her channel for Yoga classes by class time length or by body part (if you’re particularly sore or tight). She has Yoga for every ability level (including an entire section for those completely new to Yoga) and even has Yoga for Virtual Learners (kids!).
I really like that she has varying length sessions and that I’m not tied down for an hour, if I don’t have that long to commit to my Yoga practice. You can go to her website here.
Give it a try! Happy training!
